Very nice room. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was so helpful. Trains passing all night long were annoying but that’s not the hotels issue. I’d stay there again
-
Breakfast is just continental style. There were trains passing by at late night, creating big noise
-
I have stayed at this hotel before but always facing the river. This time our room was on the side of the train. It was very disruptive to your sleep all through the night.
-
I requested a room facing the river and away from the elevators while booking this hotel a month before our stay. Unfortunately, when we checked in the day of our stay, the receptionist informed us that all the river-view rooms were occupied and unavailable but we did get a room away from the elevators. We ended with a room facing the train tracks. The trains passed and blew their horn in the middle of the night and early morning hours.

Lots to do and great places to eat near by. Good breakfast in the morning. Very pleasant staff
-
Clean, pleasant and in a nice neighborhood Maybe a night light in the hallway in front of the bathroom would be nice

Very poor

99% of this hotel was perfect. The only issue I had was there were no blackout curtains which I’ve never experienced in a hotel. This might not be a big deal for a lot of people who are early risers unfortunately where our room was located there was a very bright street light as well as lights from Uncle buildings lighting up our room all night. I certainly would never say not to stay here but definitely bring a sleep mask

Very good
-
The hotel/apartment is nice, but I highly recommend requesting a room away from the lift. My room was located directly behind the lift. Unfortunately, the wall lacked proper soundproofing, and I could hear a very loud mechanical sound every single time the lift operated, which disrupted my stay/sleep
-
Everything was great until the train or trolley, whatever it was, sped by three times during the night. It was right under our window!
-
Train tracks behind hotel, extremely noisy all night long. Good location.
-
Had to pay $25 each day for parking at the hotel! Considering the price I paid for the room you would think parking was included! Not happy with that extra charge added!
-
The only problem is that there is a train right that is super loud, especially at night.

Our stay at this hotel was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the normal items although one morning it was hard for the staff to keep up. Proximity to South Side and city was good. There was anything I didn't like specifically but the train going by during the night was a little startling.
-
Location was great. Food was pretty good Bacon and bit thin and don't care for steamed sausage. Would prefer grilled or fried
-
It was located near railways tracks and it causes immense disturbance throughout the night
-
Room location was excellent! Clean layout and the bathroom was clean as well. However they should not have charged the parking fee, which I was unhappy about. Regardless it was good overall

Clean
