We had a nice stay at this hotel.

They gave us a room then later that night gave it to someone else who tried to enter the room. Deadbolt stopped them. Next day our key wouldn’t work and manager said we were in the system as “no show”. Also couldn’t get the car out of the parking garage and needed to return to the hotel for a new ticket to exit. Staff needs more training.

Ray. Hands down excellent. Ray was super helpful to us, he is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel because of Ray. The rest of the staff is very good and Ray is superior. Five stars.

EVerything was excellent at the hotel, it was warm and cosy, had room to sit in lobby and relax and watch some games, the rooms were well kept and the staff was excellent, very nice and helped out. I am not a complainer but I just have to mention this, the shower head kept dripping and made a loud noise, I knew the hotel was crowded so I did not say anything, I did put a towel on the ground to stop the noise and that worked. Also the bathroom was flooded both nights, not sure from what but I would just check that room out 627 maybe there is a wall leak, but everything else was excellent
