Superb

Hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly! Our room was so nice and very clean loved the view of the city from my window, I loved it. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Easy to park. Nice rooms.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken but the kitchen staff kindly gave us ice. The potatoes with breakfast were VERY salty. Otherwise the complimentary breakfast was good.

Room was clean, breakfast was good but the tables were sticky.

Very quiet and clean room - breakfast was awesome.

I liked that there was a parking lot behind the hotel. They charged for parking, but it was nice to have. It was also nice to have plenty of seating for breakfast. We always found a table. Breakfast was ok. Just ok. Somewhat limited and consistent (same breakfast and we were there 3 mornings): scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, oatmeal (2 mornings), cut fruit, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, coffee. One morning there were waffles and they recycled the cut fruit from previous days. No pastries or gluten free options in terms of bread, no fresh fruit (like an apple or a banana). Plain and/or greek yogurt would have been appreciated. The staff was super nice and helpful. The bathroom could have used a good scrub as the baseboards were pretty dirty.

It was a very nice and spacious room at an affordable price. We were pleasantly surprised. And great location in shadyside!

The location was great, the hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't change anything!

Good room, free breakfast

The hotel is pet friendly but grass is only to be found in a small park across the street or in the neighborhood behind the hotel.

When I entered the room on a hot day it was freezing cold and I had to fuss with thermostat several times to find a comfortable temperature. I didn’t like the way you had turn on the shower while standing in cold water waiting for the water to get hot. The sink stopper was stuck in the down position and the lift lever was not easy to find. The bulb in one of the floor lamps was burned out so I had to swap out the bulb with another bulb to make the bedside lamp usable. The breakfast eggs and tater tots were so salty I couldn’t eat them. I somehow missed the fact that parking was $24 per day.

Property was well maintained and quiet. Breakfast had a nice selection of foods most of which were tasty. (The pancakes were crunchy and too tough to cut) After a long day of driving we asked if there was a restaurant in the hotel and were told by a staff person sandwiches, etc were served in the bar which was just opening. We took a seat and after waiting 15 minutes with no sign of someone to wait on us we left to find food elsewhere. The person who originally responded to our question saw us sitting at the bar and continued his conversation with a colleague making no further attempt to help. Aside from this our stay was pleasant.

Everything is good

Very convenient, nice spacious rooms, nice bathroom. I like that breakfast is included and is legit and like the cherry on the cake an indoor pool! They can do better with the gym. I would stay again!
