Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square

Expedia quoted me a price however property was overbooked and I was was charged triple for my first night stay. Trying to get my money back

Parking is not free. The front desk man was the furthest from helpful when we arrived real late in the night . Everything was quite dated . The room had dirty carpet . There was no info page about the hotel by the room telephone or even in the room . The location was neat. We had a room with a view of the river room#423. The train's under the room windows were very loud .

The general manager needs to start paying attention to the condition of his rooms. It’s not cheap to stay and the location is perfect for a variety of venues. But unfortunately we’ve stayed there many times, and the rooms are getting pretty rundown. Management needs to step it up considerably.

The staff were great and the building was nice The rooms were stuffy, AC didn't work, the house was awful, and they charged a ton for incedentals

The room as clean and the view was beautiful I wish the price was better I would have stayed longer if so

The staff was all so friendly and helpful, definitely see the training the hotel has put in. Property itself is decent, but not topnotch. Nice location too.

We booked for 2 guests, seemed like we were only given towels and things enough for if 1 guest booked, one towel set, one robe, etc. The coffee lids provided for the in room coffee also had pink lipstick on them & appeared used. These were all minor issues in our opinion. However parking was a complete disaster. There was some kind of festival going on in the area where people were using the garage the hotel uses for their guests. This left guests unable to park there. There was an option to use a lot a distance away at the gateway clipper, pay there, but then have to move your car again when that lot closes, & pay another fee to try and use the Sherdon lot. The wait to park was over 45 minutes and the gateway clipper lot ended up being full by the time guests got down there. Check in was at 4pm, we got there around 5pm, were unable to park, left the area completely and didn't return until after 10pm when that festival was over, when we were finally able to find a parking spot. This was a bit of a disappointment.

Beautiful view! The all day menu in the restaurant is not all day!

We have stayed here several times over the years. Always clean and well maintained.
