Etage inside is great. The rooms and rooftop are fabulous. The bus stop right outside and the homeless gathered round it and around the corner are not.The politicians in all these great cities Suck!

Checkin was quick, room was ready. Rooms are large and should be great for most stays. However, the room wasn’t really maintained well and definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. There was a LOT of dust and dirt on the floor, the fume hood over the stove, the main hallway too. 2 TV’s in the room and neither worked. One came on, but the remote wouldn’t work. The other had a cable just hanging from it on the wall. I found the xfinity box it was supposed to connect to, connected it…that remote didn’t work either. Pull-out bed had no linens, so I had to ask and wait for those. The pillows for the pull out had what looked like dried blood on one of them…so they weren’t used. The fridge smelled like garlic. The smooth cooktop had baked on crud around 2 of the burners. When we checked out, they didn’t even ask how our stay was. Worse yet, we sat in the lobby for a few mins as my wife went to grab a coffee around the corner. My daughter was with us, having a broken foot and being on crutches, we sat in the lobby to wait before departure. One of the cleaning staff asked how long we’d be sitting there, as she had to mop the floor and we were in her way. Potential to be fantastic, but let down by poor maintenance and rude or uncaring staff.

A very cool and unique stay. The suites are beautiful. The cleaning and stocking of essentials in them could use a bit more attention. Having said that, I would definately stay again anyways.

I didn’t even stay there. No where to park, bad location

Could be amazing as it’s got all the facilities but seems a bit uncared for. Glitchy WiFi, no clear instructions or controls for shades, all summed up when there was no response to pre check in email (which indicated I had to pay when signing off T&Cs). Just some real basic stuff needs sorting. Gym was decent

Second time staying at this hotel, and second time in the same room. (Which is a whole different story altogether, in a the universe is at work sense). Such a spacious room, well kept and well maintained, well appointed. It's perfectly located as well. Great place to stay in the city.

Convenient location and the suite was comfortable, roomy, and nicely furnished.

Very nice place. Nicer than we expected.

Super location! Great amenities, especially the athletic club. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Great place close to everything Excellent staff 👌

Every surface in the place was sticky, I figured there may be a charge for parking but it is of course not listed in Expedia. It was $30/night. They charged us $60 for the weekend. Insane.
-
Great experience! The room was clean and massive. We had a beautiful view and the service was excellent and so simple.

I was double charged for my room, from expedia and from the hotel. If this was a deposit it was not refunded. I have emailed several times to get this rectified and I have not received a response. Would not recommend this hotel.
-
Great stay. I only dropped it down to 4-stars because the room next to us was a little noisy a couple nights. But service and facilities were excellent, also very convenient near Market Square fr food options.

Property is a great location. If riding the bus and the train there are stops very near to this property. Even the direct bus from the Airport to Downtown 28x - stops are within walking distance. All less then 2-3 blocks away. If going to any of the stadiums for games, the property is in walking distance (15 minutes). There are plenty of places to eat around the property as well.

Great staff and I love staying at this location when I come to visit for this weekend with most of everything we want to do within walking distance.
