Helpful staff. Breakfast was good if all you need is the basics.

No coffee and they charge for parking ($10), great access to shopping and downtown Pittsburgh as well as the airport, my mattress had a blood stain on it. Kind of gross, I had to sleep on top of the sheet. C+ rating. Kind of ridiculous they don’t offer guest coffee or a place to park for free. God knows it’s expensive enough.

The stay was okay. The room was really small and supplies in the room were limited. The stove didn't work as well I would have liked it to. The breakfast was okay. There wasn't much of a variety but the staff were nice and honest

It was spacious and in a good location. It was run down and pretty dirty. It needs a good facelift and deep cleaning.

The television did not work. The shower curtain fell when I opened it after showering. I attempted to Speak with staff twice at front desk in person and NOBODY was there. I won't stay again. Sadly, I enjoyed the hotel years ago when I was in the reserves because the military always placed us off base on reserve weekends.

just like last year. everything was amazing like the rooms down to the staff. everyone was helpful and rooms are so comfy and welcoming. 100% recommend

Staff was very polite and helpful, location was great. The pull out couch is beyond uncomfortable the rooms should have 2 double beds for 4 people it would make the quality for the stay so much better

Check in time was 3:00. I arrived at 4:30. My room was still not ready. I was asked to wait for half an hour. I came back shortly after 5 and my room was still not ready. When I finally got checked in, my fiancée found drugs between the towels in the bathroom. Crazy experience all around.

Outdated, not very clean rooms. Smoke detector in my room was off the ceiling and sitting on a table. The hotel smelled like marijuana. The rooms were dark and dingy. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Just definitely not what is pictured in the posting.
