Customer services was great!! Clean room and good breKfast

Hotel was very clean! Service from check-in and check-out was great, quick and easy. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay and it was great.The staff was excellent. Tammy and Lindsay were so nice and really went above and beyond for all the costumers. Parking was free. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean. They had a nice bar downstairs the area. The hotel sits at great eateries around it and a Dunkin’ Donuts in front of him highly recommended. About a five minute drive from the airport.

Very clean, soft beds, updated , nice staff, nice facility

Overall ambience is good. Staff is also caring. I made reservation for 4 at booking com and it was with breakfast. But hotel offers free breakfast only for 2 and charges$25 for each additional guest. Booking.com should clearly tell all conditions. Hotel assigned me room for specially enabled but i never requested that. Bath floor became completely wet. They should assign room which was requested.

At about 2 am a storm came through and knocked out the electricity. I understand they can't predict the weather but what bothers me is we were forced to leave(not by staff) around 4:30 am because we were sitting in a dark room with no ventilation, unable to make coffee, watch tv... we were also unable to use our breakfast vouchers due to the outage. Again, I realize they don't control the weather but I would have appreciated a little something knocked off the bill because we were unable to take advantage of what we paid for.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport. Free parking was a great plus. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. Breakfast is not free.

The restraunt staff was wonderful.

The bed in the room was very comfortable. 1.The shower drain is poorly designed, so the entire bathroom floor is wet after showering. 2.I booked a room on Booking.com, but the hotel charged me $50 more than the original price. We didn't use any paid services or facilities, and there was no damage to any items that needed compensation. I don't know why I was charged $50 more. I left a message for the hotel to inquire, but received no reply.

Everything was clean and well maintained

Front desk staff were terrible, disrespectful to my family. They are not cut out for customer service. Poor representation of several other Marriott’s I’ve stayed at. Nothing will be done tho and multiple other customers will still deal with the disrespect
