Quality Suites Pineville - Charlotte

Pleasant

The location My room was older, it had a missing cabinet door

Superb

On Saturday, the toilet ended up getting stopped up, and I had to cut my trip short by a whole day. I wasn’t offered another room, and apparently maintenance isn’t available on site, so if something goes wrong you just have to wait. What makes it even worse is I arrived early and asked if I could check in early. I was told no because the room wasn’t ready yet, which I completely understood. But I waited until the regular 3 PM check-in time just to get into a room that was still dirty. So what exactly was being prepared? There were several other guests complaining about things being broken in their rooms that they couldn’t get fixed either. I honestly felt like I was staying at a motel off the highway in the middle of nowhere instead of a hotel. I didn’t even bother getting in the pool because after seeing how dirty everything else was, I didn’t trust that either. They offer free food downstairs, but when the overall cleanliness of the hotel is already questionable, that wasn’t something I felt comfortable eating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially since I ended up cutting my trip short because of the problems with the room.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast options were good and the food was good, and plentiful. Hotel was very clean Needed some minor maintenance. We had a torn curtain in room that let in a lot of light. The curved shower curtain rod was loose so shower curtain moved to middle and wouldn't stay closed. Wheel was missing off the padded stool in sitting area. Several of the staff did not appear to understand english, so it made questions a bit challenging.

Very good

Disappointing

Room had hair all over. Water it toilet was brown. Water came out of sink light brown at first. The fridge did not close. Breakfast was the best thing they had.

Love the stay and the staff just wish they cleaned up for you while your there when you leave out, instead of waiting for check out, but other than that great stay! Exceptional

It was clean and the bed was super comfortable The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room so it was super hot and they couldn’t move us.

It was conveniently located. The room was fairly clean except the sleeper sofa in room 215. It had food crumbs and mold under the cushions, so we wasn't able to use it to sleep on. The children just piled up in the queen bed.

Stop emailing me.

I’m so good there Everything good Breakfast is a little bit different. You have to make sure the sausage change over like Turkey is better.

Clean quiet and peaceful stay No complaints

Great location and quiet. Loved the family room with two tv's and the extra sofa/bed
