Room was comfortable and clean Unfortunately the hot water went out in the hotel right when I arrived for the duration of my 3-night stay. This was a nuisance.

When me and my kids arrived into our hotel they got settled and started getting ready for bed about 10-15 minutes of us being there I started too smell a really foul sewage smell it lasted all night long even when I tried too close up the bathroom you could still smell it loudly inside the room and the room didn’t look like the pictures Very rude manager and horrible customer service

Ok. Nice pool area, good breakfast selection. Rooms are rough but clean.

The location was great. Convenient to get to public transportation and other shopping areas. The property was not well maintained. Microwave stopped working in our room and consequently shorted out the fridge so our food spoiled. When staff was told about the problem they only asked if we flipped the beaker and did nothing else to assist.

The front desk staff was awesome because I used a walker and she assisted me with so very much

We stayed one night the week before on an elevated ( 2nd or 3rd) floor then we reserved 4 nights, but the first night the bed cover, sheets, and the mattress were stained with human fluids. The manager changed us to a room on the first floor, but the carpet was stained probably with pets accidents, because the first floor is for guests with working dogs. Definitely not the best experience!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was a home run in my book. The location was perfect with the itinerary I had during my stay.

Found dead cockroach on bathroom floor . It was dead but still creepy.
