The rooms were very clean. The staff was wonderful. The bar staff also wonderful. All of the employees are amazing for Maintenance people in the morning everybody’s smiling and saying good morning my biggest challenge was the hours for the pool and lazy river and waterslide as well as the Maintenance or lack of in those areas. It was so rundown compared to the pictures online. I understand that they are adding a new Spa and I think a new swimming pool which I believe is needed the reception area is quite nice. I love the bar area and the play area for the Kids right off of the entry wonderful grass area but the walk from the main entrance hallways outdoor hallways, concrete elevators all need to be revamped repainted cleaned pressure washed something elevators need to be cleaned hourly almost like a bathroom in my opinion because they’re so far away from The main lobby area they’re more like apartment buildings but I truly feel if they remodel and buy new furniture new umbrellas for the Pool area towels were nice but I think my biggest issue was waterslide area. There were rusted railings that were quite dangerous for small children to be around. However, if it was just rated on employees, customer Service, interior of rooms cleanliness of rooms, I’d give it a five star but the rest of the property just needs a complete facelift!

Perfect stay

Hotel is outdoor. Hotel is not as pictured. Very outdated. Lobby is nice, be prepared to walk upstairs to your room.

Nothing like what the images online look like. Completely disappointed

Beautiful property. Love how spread out and open with courtyard and small firepits around. Wonderful staff from chick in to check out and the bar in the lobby. Everyone was wonderful. The large pool and lazy river area is awesome. Spent so much time making lazy river laps. Only negative was our room door was sticking but as we were getting ready to check out we ran into some of the managers I believe and they were going to have it fixed. Will definitely return!

The bad: Lots of construction, noise and dirt during the days. The fitness center and spy were closed our entire trip. Our room's balcony didnt have have chairs and hotel would not provide them to us making the balcony quite useless. One of the pools at the hotel seemed to be permanently removed. Many of these things were not advertised to us prior to staying.

The pool was awesome!

I stayed here with my husband & our 2 children, we enjoyed the property. Very clean. Staff was very welcoming. We spent about 2-3 hrs in the water park, the children enjoyed!

Pool shut down an hour and a half after check in. It was 101 degrees. Pool closed at 6 pm. Construction right outside my room. Very noisy all night long. I will not stay there again. Very disappointed
-
The hotel was nice but the hours for the pool are ridiculous. The slide closes at 5 and pool closes at 6. Also the bar at the pool closed at 5. (It was way overpriced anyway).

Yes the major pain point is the construction. Parking is also a challenge. Finding your room can also be tricky. But once you get past that, it's all quite enjoyable. Rooms are nice and clean. Waterpark is a lot of fun. Looking forward to construction being completed, I'm sure it'll be great.

Don’t forget to add in the resort fee to your total cost. Overall the resort was generally clean, but housekeeping didn’t even come for a whole day so we had to call for extra towels and such. The property was under construction, so there was some noise distraction but not too much. Pet friendly, which is a benefit; however, not when dogs are whimpering and howling at 5 am. The staff was fantastic, even the bartender who made my kids Shirley Temples with extra cherries. The waterpark was fun; kids enjoyed the lazy river, and its small enough to let the older kids roam without worry.

Amazing place to stay for family trips. The pool is incredible. Would stay here again for sure

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. Pool was nice but could've used a little cleaning. Lazy river could use a little maintenance and a stronger current, but overall was nice. Great place to stay

The day we arrived, we sat down to get lunch and it took 45 minutes to receive 2 club sandwiches and an extra side of fries. The server let us know that the new owners are remodeling things so our food has to come from a different area of the property. It is ridiculous to wait 45 minutes for 2 club sandwiches and fries. The lazy river and pool were amazing, very relaxing. The drinks at the pool bar are VERY expensive. The room was actually very nice and the staff was friendly. Just unfortunate that we got a room right next to construction and the food took so long. I feel like there should have been a disclaimer about the construction before I booked the room.
