Holiday Inn & Suites Toledo Southwest - Perrysburg by IHG

Pool was cold. That was the only disappointment

Place was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there.

GM was very nice checking in early

Very nice staff, quiet and clean. Great location and close enough to Bowling Green. We will be back.

Loved everything except that there is no complimentary breakfast. We decided to eat elsewhere but it smelled fantastic and I believe it was at a greatly reduced rate for the guests.

Clean & good staffing at front desk and services. Good services, no? We booked for a room with one king size bed. We were given a room with two queen size beds. Our choice was the one king size, but we were tricked by a standard, which could go either way. This was unacceptable and displeasing for the amount of money that we spent. The breakfast also was disappointing after paying ten dollars for each day.The expectation was to have a better meal for breakfast.Every item was not cooked to a satisfactory condition, the taste was not acceptable. And the texture was disappointing of all foods. Also most important, the information provided by booking.com was misleading because it told us that it was two miles from the place we were having activities. The truth was, it was over twelve miles away, misleading us and causing us to drive further to our events.

Exceptional

Ok property Ac too loud, could not sleep

Very clean room and friendly staff. I will always try to stay with this hotel chain from now on when possible!

Our Front Desk employees Matt & Charlene (?!) were EXTREMELY HELPFUL in helping us find a local restaurant, answering our questions on Breakfast Buffet, and overall layout of hotel! Our room was clean & everything was very well taken care of. Loved the blinds-easy to function, bathroom was super clean. Bed was comfortable! LOVED the $10. breakfast for 2. Bacon was delicious, eggs were fresh & so were the fruit options. Our Server was cheerful, attentive & helpful! Not a fan of the self-closing bathroom door. Couldn't let the "steam" out after taking a shower. Got a little warm in there for putting on make up.

Our room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room appears to have been recently renovated. The convenience of having breakfast at the hotel was worth buying. The food offered was a step up from the free breakfast offered at some hotels. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing and the property was very clean.

Good breakfast My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay.

Did not have breakfast

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool wasn't real warm but more "refreshing". The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

No restaurant in hotel, had to walk next door. No bar in hotel.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was soooo comfy…. Slept very well.

Exceptional

Room a good size and it was clean
