Clean rooms and comfortable beds

Eggs were good. That’s about it. Coffee not good. Waffle maker isn’t your normal, it makes something that looks like a cross between a pancake and waffle. Non smoking but hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. No pool towels the entire time there. I understand the signs of under remodel but the remodeling is not making it better. A shower where you have to put your shampoo and soap outside the shower? Bathroom counter sink so small you cant even get ready in the morning in the bathroom. Waste of my hard earned money for a miserable weekend.

Fridge didn't work and was not fixed during my week long stay, roaches everywhere, staff is extremely loud and inconsiderate, room right next to a busy highway.

The pool and hot tub were clean, as we're the rooms. A sauna at this price was amazing after a few days camping. Front desk and management were awesome even after someone complained on us for existing in the parking lot. I had a dirty sheet, they happen, no big deal. Changed it myself and the laundry lady didnt seem too happy. Wouldn't mention it until I asked her for a pool towel since there were none in the pool room and she acted like I was pulling her teeth.

Are stay was nice, But the Breakfast could use more variety

only drawbacks were the fridge was very loud but I simply turned down the dial on it and the bathroom door didn’t latch close because the screws are not flush on the door frame Very clean and a good value, really liked the bathroom

It appears to be ran on a shoestring budget. For example when inquiring for fresh towels, I was informed they are gathered and washed and returned each day. Parts of the stairwell carpeting was held together by duct tape. The bathroom smell as though it was cleaned with dirty mop water. The HVAC unit filters did not appear to be cleaned in months. I probably would not book with this hotel group again.

Amenities were very nice, there’s an indoor pool, hot tub and spa. The hotel is in the process of being renovated but still was a very nice stay- and a good price!

I guess this place is what we thought it would be. The room was clean. No elevators on property that works. So we had to drag our bags up and down the stairs. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful. The pool was well maintained. Convenient location. Could be updated.

Very little to nothing to like about this place. Cockroaches in the room , filthy hall ways, neglected maintenance issues , dirty coffee lounge area .
