Sweet Dream Inn University Park

Comfortable bed and cold ac. Cash deposit, you would not be able to get it back until the day you check out at 9 am. Front desk does not have access to it until manager arrives. Room with roaches, night stand and microwave not clean. Stain on bed sheets and some towels look like rags.

Il never come back Everything

This place was terrible. I had roaches in my bed with me. I had roaches in my food and when I notified the staff of the problem they to me to contact Expedia because I booked my room through them. I did contact Expedia and was told there was nothing they could do but offer me a $25 dollar credit on a later booking which Expedia lied because they credited me $10 dollars. Want be using Expedia again nor will I stay at sweet dreams hotel in Pensacola fla again total embarrassment and had to sleep on the couch of someone's home. Stay away from these scammers

Good

Nice place and people convince with shopping and restaurants with in walking distance

It wasn't very far from the event I was traveling to. It was absolutely disgusting and my room had drug paraphernalia left in it. Upon arrival I was asked for a $100 deposit and was required to initial multiple agreements that stated basically the room would be left in working condition..nothing would be stolen..and that no smoking or drugs would be done in the room... So, when I went in and found a small tray with an old key card next to it with ash and drug (likely crack) residue all over it.... I took it to the front desk . When I showed it to the front desk attendant she looked at me as if I was out of line..and told me just to take it back into my room and leave it there ... I explained that I knew this was drug paraphernalia, and she still insisted intake it back to my room and leave it there. Unbelievable. Upon arriving the my room I took pictures immediately of the condition... Of which you will see. It had multiple spider webs...with spiders... spiders on the ceiling .....pubic hair on the top of the toilet next to the soap... Stained bedding...two dirty wet rags, one on the table, one in the chair...I have no idea how this place could possibly have 3 stars... Booking.com should remove this place as soon as possible.

Nothing but Amazing,I will be...

Need to be better maintenance all around the hotel the only good thing was the AC

B

Nothing . Roaches in room. T.V. did not work . No shower curtain. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Repeated texts to staff went unanswered.

There were so many roaches. On bags, shoes, towel I had on floor for my feet. Towels and bedding had hair and stains. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in.

Will come back when I come to Pensacola

It went pretty smooth other than putting my deposit in and even that went smooth

My air conditioner stopped working and the very friendly maintenance man changed it immediately with no issues.

Has lots of shopping near buy.

My only complaint is they take your towels, rags and never bring any back.
