Some renovation needs improvement. The stay was good. The door to my room wouldnt open but staff was notified. They were helpful and quickly changed my room.

I absolutely loved that it was right off the highway and near almost anything in any direction as far as shopping and food places! I really really disliked the actual property, from when I first arrived with my kids to check in and was asked for a $100 deposit for “damages” before being able to actually get room key aside from what I already had paid for and it took over 10min to be able to get in the room because the key card was not working! Room had mildew/mold on walls, pullout mattress couch but I had drove 8 1/2 hrs to get there and had already paid almost $300 I had no choice but to stay due to budget for that holiday weekend! Bathroom drain was not working properly, I got an email the day before saying breakfast wasn’t available due to “covid”! Then I arrived Friday night and on Sunday I asked for clean towels and the person at counter told me there was no clean towels anywhere in the hotel!! Like are you serious it was a busy holiday weekend! The pool had mildew/algae, Myself and kids ended up getting sick! Overall as a Floridian from down south wanting a great experience with my family up north i was very disappointed in how management/owners have that hotel and I know people who travel from other states were disappointed as well!

Good value Nóisy and no breakfast

The housekeepers were nice The hotel manager was very rude. Called us drug dealers and prostitutes for having a barbecue. All I was trying to do was cook my children dinner so they could have real food not take out. Also the pool was disgusting there was algae floating in it all they would do is throw chemicals on it and that was it they didn't vacuum out the debris or anything.

I understand it's a bare bones motel, but you should at least have coffee in the lobby in the morning if you don't have coffee makers in the room.

Everything was good

The rooms where so nice and clean. We got towls on a daily basis and even had a roo. Clan with new sheets after saying for just a few days . The staff where friendly and the manager was super sweet I woIld definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the Pensacola area . I wish the beds where a little nicer and I like shower heardd that come down the vending machine was out of oder and the snacks up front where a little pricey consideringthe vending machines where broke and also. Cheeper

Everything the Gm was a nice lady and the paint job of the building was amazing I wish the breakfast bar was open

Pricing The type of people that occupy the hotel, outside noise, pool area not staying clean. First room they gave me was not clean, I had to go back and switch rooms.
