The apartment suite is spacious, well equipped and clean.

The reviews I read before I booked this property seemed a little too good to be true, but now I know they were all accurate. I would highly recommend this location. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great experience, very kind staff, and I love this style of stay. You have access to a full kitchen and you are given toiletries. This was very clean as well.

Great property for solo or family, no pool tho, but small gym, laundry, snack machines, outdoor gas grill (1) that can be used by guests if needed. I recommend,good area close to anything you might need and right off mile road and university parkway

The staff was nice. There were roaches in the room, the sink didnt drain properly, and was dirty.

Was dirt behind the sofa. Bf had items stolen out of his bed of his truck as well as other guest...police were called...but its pensacola nothing is safe. And the elevator broke down the day we had to leave ( though they got it fixed still had to lug alot of stuff down stairs) we were there 1 week and house keeping never came..had to ask for our own towels and wash clothes. But for the price not too upset

I arrived after hours while traveling alone, and the staff made the process incredibly easy. They proactively contacted me before arrival, verified my plans and provided clear instructions for retrieving my room key through their secure lockbox system. The option to use a digital key through the app was also a nice touch. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and secure the property felt, with key-card access required beyond the lobby area. The suite itself was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, feeling more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I also appreciated that the $150 security deposit was refunded promptly on the day of checkout. The location was perfect for my trip. It's next to a shopping center with Publix, Target, and several restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Since I didn't have a car, the convenience was a huge benefit, and the proximity to UWF made it ideal. We normally stay in a traditional hotel when visiting Pensacola, but this experience has changed that. I will definitely stay here again on future trips and will look for other stayAPT locations when traveling elsewhere. Highly recommended.
