Very nice property, clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and the morning breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was very friendly and happy.

Everything was good as always.

Exceptional

Very happy with my room and the staff. Spacious, clean, bright. Bed was great. The plastic/vinyl covered couch was disappointing. The excessive use of single use plastic at breakfast is irresponsible. Real dishes and cutlery aren't that hard. Individually wrapped bagels is just silly.

The full breakfast was great. The staff attending it were excellent!

Property and room were very well maintained and staff was excellent.

Front desk lady she never had
-
Both ladies that we met at the front desk were very sweet. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was sparkling. The breakfast was delicious. The cook was really on point making sure we never ran out of eggs and the coffee was always brewing.

Check in process was easy, prices for the rooms were great, rooms high quality and cleaned! ONLY CON: security deposit of $250 when expedia and website shows $75. Security deposit costed more than our reservations itself… It is not $75 as shown on expedia or on website. Parking is $5 with a lot of parking spots. Everything else good.

Our family stays here every year we come to Parsippany from Bermuda. This time we noticed that multiple areas of the hotel require some upgrading. Overall we love the hotel based on the accessibility and the shopping and dining in the area. We will be back again next year and hope to see a few changes to the property.

Horrible experience
-
When we arrived they did not have our room, they gave us another room, and the toilet kept over flowing on the floor. Gentleman came out multiple times, never asked to change the room and every time they used our towels, but would not give us new ones

Nothing Horrible experience
