Location was convenient for us, but area around is kind of quiet. Well maintained property. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and included.

Check in was quick, nice for a quick night or two, but not good for long term stay. The rooms don’t have refrigerator or microwave so I don’t recommend it for traveling with children. The front staff was friendly and they have a microwave at the front desk, but it would not be ideal traveling back and forth from your room to warm up anything. When I addressed my concern regarding no fridge on the room, the girl at front desk offered for me to store food on their fridge (again not ideal). However, she said a fridge is not guaranteed in rooms, and they did not know which rooms had one or not. Which I thought was off, because how could they not know what room is equipped with what. But the front desk girl that helped me said she could get me a mini one and she did. So she went out of her way which I truly appreciate, since I was traveling with 2 kids and I had taken some food so we wouldn’t be eating out all the time. Only reason I took one star away was because cleaning crew kept asking if we were checking out and the faucet in the bathroom leaked.

In general, I like this hotel. I was unhappy with my check-in process this time though. I was there for a conference in the adjoining hotel, and I purposely went to the desk ahead of normal check-in time in order to avoid the rush that I knew would be coming later on in the day. I have back issues, and standing in long lines becomes painful very quickly, and I wanted to avoid that. The staff member at the desk checked me in and took my credit card for incidentals and said that the keys would be waiting for me when I came back. She couldn’t give them to me at that time because the room wasn’t clean yet. Understandable. When I went back later to get the keys however, as expected, the line was extremely long, but unfortunately, no keys had been left and I had to sit and wait in the lobby for an hour until the line was short enough for me to be able to stand in it for a short period of time. The lengthy weight was due to the fact that, despite knowing that there was a convention going on in the other hotel, they only had one person working the desk. Despite the number of people, however, the staff member there at THAT time was lovely and made the process as quick and painless as possible.

Great location. Very clean hotel and helpful staff.

Great overall value for the money. Nicely lit hallways and well appointed rooms. Bathrooms a little dated, but breakfast space is spacious.
-
The only thing I would suggest is your parking. Many older people don't or can't scan the square in the dark. If you have to charge guests to park just tell them and add it to the bill.

It was a nice stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but overall it was good.

Easy having a restaurant near by.

Clean rooms, quiet facility

The main issues were 1) very uncomfortable bed with a super heavy comforter, old and scratchy, that slides off the bed. 2) I found three bugs, one per day, in the room. I had zero contact with the hotel staff.

Front desk ladies were amazing and kind. Room was great.

Everything was great!

Stay was comfortable.

The breakfast area was a zoo and breakfast staff hide inside the kitchen. The bathrooms are old carpet dirty and rude front desk. The beds are so uncomfortable stiff. The worth the price look elsewhere, only thing nice was the swimming poo l and location near food places and Target.

The lobby was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good We booked a room with a fridge and they didn't have one. They refused to do anything to compensate for it either. Management was rude
