Residence Inn By Marriott Palm Desert

The property is currently being renovated. That being said, our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the view of the golf course and the roadrunners in the morning were extra special. The homemade breakfast burritos were awesome. Bacon, eggs, bagels and breads, cereals, oatmeal with many toppings, coffee, tea, cold milk and juices. Nice spread. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this property.

The staff was great. The hotel is under renovations and I am sure it will be a great experience when they are done.

Property under construction. My 1st assigned room on 1st fl was a dark corridor, unlit area rear of property and scary. Room hadn’t been serviced and lacked towels. 2nd room had been remodeled at front of property but work was ongoing, so dusty. It will be very nice once completed and breakfast was great!

Staff Under renovation

Everything under construction and building material everywhere.

Exceptional

It was beautifully renovated TV in room wasn’t working Kept getting stuck on Chanel’s, may have needed new batteries, ice maker only made about 5 cubes but front office gave us two bags

09/11/26 - This property is going through renovation. There was debris everywhere, trash in the parking lot, nobody managing the property clean up crew. Breakfast felt like a warden watching you. Kitchenette was GREAT!! Old furniture. Great late check out. Overall ehhh ok.

My wife and I along with her sister and brother in law spent three days here with two patio rooms Very clean rooms and comfortable along with the kitchen and utensils it was great The grounds are very clean and pool very nice The was some room renovations going on but that didn’t bother us they were very neat and professional well run who ever is the project manager The staff at check were excellent very helpful check in was great and they were very friendly and had a positive energy Very nice place to stay will be back Also the Applebees in the parking lot was also very handy and had good service We had happy hour drinks with appetizers very good Thank you for a great trip Richard and Lois Falzone

I found cockroach in thr room.

No ice bucket, refrigerator doesn’t make ice like the front desk said and no ice machines near by.

Loved my room overlooking the golf course; unfortunately, it was too hot to actually sit out and enjoy (even in the morning). Loved the gym, and the pool, and free breakfast. Plenty of parks (highly recommend Civic Center) and shopping nearby. Clean, safe, relaxing, and convenient. Would recommend, and would like to return.

Nice and clean

Great time staying here rooms were perfect & spacious!

Half the hotel was being remodeled. The entire area is a construction site.

.

accomodating and with complimentary breakfast

Nothing about this property was nice

I regret to stay only 1 day because I did not expect the hotel is so comfortable, and I will definitely stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Palm Desert more than 2 days.

Location and welcoming receptionist Noisy air conditioner at night
