The JW was just that. Gina at the front desk made our experience so much more special from complementary champagne to overall guest experience. The Woodgril restroom is delicious loved to be able to sit by the water while having breakfast or dinner we did both . The spa is amazing ! Was nice to be able to use spa amenities before our schedule appointment. The last night we did the small boat ride in the evening. The boat dropped as off at Japanese restaurant similar style to Benihana’s . The chef and staff were so nice and entertaining. One of the staff members brought out his boom box and crenated out table and other ! Amazing voice ! You won’t regrets staying there so much other things avalible to do we didn’t even do half of what is available!

Amazing! Great experience

Great hotel. So much fun. Great food. My only complaint is if any event is happening you’ll hear it in your room all night long. Zero sound barrier. Other than that great stay.

Upon arrival self parking . Long walk to the lobby in desert heat. Only way to get close is to valet. Waited more then 20 minuets to get checked in. I could see one of the agents calling for help. It was about 10 minuets before 2 agents came from the back holding iced coffees ( with high dollar room rates and reputation i expected more professionalism) Room was nice. Entry way flooring was dirty and had crumbs. Bathroom is a strange layout with an opening into the bedroom area. Bedside light didn’t work, Mini fridge didn’t get cold the whole time we were there and made our food spoil, Putting green was just spray painted outlines of the putting course….. At checkin we received many papers to keep track of. One of them was a barcode for parking. Lost it and ended up having to pay 29 dollars for parking which should be included in resort fee. To get to your room is a hike! From were we parked we had to go up stairs Down a walk way through the shopping and walk half the length of the property. Not very friendly for an over packer like my self. All in all i expected more.

I'm a very long time customer and have visited dozens of times. Happy to see alot of upgrades, but also so many of my favorite things from sushi and special cocktails to shopping and spa still there to enjoy. I brought a new guest and she loved it. Everyone from valet (soooo busy) to check-in, restaurants, bars and shops were very nice and welcoming which makes the trip. I would have loved to have a frig in the room. But otherwise, not disappointed! Everything was great. I do like a frig in the room. Otherwise, great!

Everything was absolutely beautiful. I have never been disappointed when staying at this hotel.

Always an enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel room itself was very dirty and the sheets smelt like body odor. The bathroom was dirty in the room. Overall, for a weekend getaway at a nice resort it was not worth the money at all. I used to love this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. The boat rides are another unique feature that this hotel has to offer and they were not even running on Monday.
