First, we had problems checking in. The check-in line was extremely long, with only two people working at the front desk, which made the process unnecessarily slow. Then, we were given a room where several things were not acceptable. The outlets were not working, the bathroom had leftover soap and hair, and the hair dryer was not working. We had to call the front desk more than four times to get a replacement hair dryer, and they only brought us a new one the following day. On top of that, there was loud music playing at the pool throughout the entire night, which made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
