The staff and the environment was very welcoming. They always go above and beyond.

Great hotel to stay. Nice grounds. The gym was fabulous, got in a great work out. My wife got lost in the spa. Nice restaurants. Would stay there again

What can I say, the stay was amazing and the suite was perfect. Staff is top notch and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival was solicited by front desk clerk several times to upgrade to a more expensive room. Totally disappointed with the service of the restaurant on Lobby Level. Not what I expected from a Ritz Carlton. Sat down at 8:30pm. Didn’t get our ice tea or Diet Coke until 9:20pm. But they sure brought out a glass of wine pretty quick. Finally had enough and walked out. They offered to comp our dinner if we stayed, but wait staff attitude sucked. So I asked for a receipt for appetizers and glass of wine. I paid and left. Will stick with the Four Seasons as they are much better.

Great hotel!

If you want a quiet nice place to relax, look somewhere else. JW and Ritz seems to hold a lot of conventions and the Ritz foyer area is quite small so it’s quite crowded and noisy when conventions seem to be going on which is pretty much all the time. Not to mention restaurants being closed for private events or booked to capacity. Disappointing that they didn’t let me cancel my reservation or change it even though they were hosting large convention which was going to inconvenience the non-convention guests.

Hotel was nice but room was dated. Had a window that was covered in some type of adhesive. Shower was way too small and dated for a hotel of this level. Overall great but they need to do something about the shower.

Best resort in Orlando
-
Balconies are extremely close to each other so people smoking will easily make it into your room if door is open
-
The restaurant eliminated all cuts of meat just to offer the skirt steak. They need better options. Everything else was excellent
-
Great property, but we were very much neglected once the NFLPA group arrived. Valet would forget about our call down, room wouldn’t get turned over, staff was busy touring their VIPs. Our stay started off fine, but ended up very disappointing.

A great hotel but try and extract cash at every available opportunity, daily $55 resort fee a joke
