Nice lobby, clean room, AC unit worked amazingly. Happy with our one night stay.

Except the bathroom towels and the shower

great place to stay

Staff was great! Breakfast was really convenient every morning! Housekeeping always did a great job and it was nice walking into an organized room when you walked in at the end of a long day! Bed was comfortable!

Clean and nice room. Everything was perfect.

Nice hotel near Universal area. Easy parking and check in. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was the shower, poor pressure and difficult to operate. Breakfast is limited but everything tasted good and was restocked frequently.

Good

Nice and very clean Nothing

I did not like was mold in the ceiling when I woke up, but when I came back it looked like the ceiling was painted

The location is unbeatable if you are visiting the Universal Studio parks. Plenty of food options in the local area. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Wawa and supermarkets were also very close by. We took and Uber from the Hotel to the Universal CityWalk and it cost about $10 each way. Parking was $35. The rooms have carpeting. I would rate the property higher if they went with hard floors and got rid of the carpet. Our room had a musty smell throughout our stay. The air conditioning was too powerful. I wish we had the option to turn the fan down to a lower level.

The room was clean and sufficient for our stay. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices. It was quiet and the air was cold.

Loved my stay . Rooms were elegant and clean

Only location 1. Room Conditions: The room had a strong smell of humidity, and due to an issue with the air conditioning, the entire carpet became completely soaked. 2. Equipment Failure: The refrigerator did not cool at all. This caused a serious problem for us, as medication that my wife needs for diabetes management was ruined. 3. Hallway Odors: Additionally, on the day of my departure, the hallway on our floor had a very strong odor of cigarettes

Clean room. Cold air conditioning. Hot water. Breakfast was a ton of bagels and a few other things. Since we're not bagel people we ended up getting orange juice and going to Burger King for croissants but other than that it was a fine stay and a great price

Black mold was visible in the window frames our first room had standing water in the tub. We were moved rooms but the accommodations were still very unsatisfactory. We ended up only staying 2 nights instead of the 5 we intended.

Everything is good!

Exceptional

Exactly what we needed for one quick night
