Clean room and good breakfast

I loved everything about this hotel. The parking was convenient, all of the staff were wonderful and very friendly, everything was extremely clean, and the whole experience was easy and comfortable. Literally everything was great Nothing. Everything was excellent.

I was charged $50 for apparently missing drinking glasses. I have never anything happened like that and we literally only stayed there to sleep and didn't use any of their dishes
-
Very good and lots of variety Personally, I had problems with staying logged into the computer in the lobby

Great staff and awesome facility! Front desk representative Jonathan was very friendly and informative during our stay. Breakfast was also very good and location close to both universal studios and epic universe. Will definitely stay there again on future visits and I will highly recommend this property to others. Barnyard style sliding bathroom door .... Would rather have a conventional door.
