This was my second stay at this location. I stayed the weekend before and returned this week because I was so pleased with the service and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The staff is helpful and really appreciate the secure parking area.

Front desk and restaurant staff were hospitable. The hotel has potential, unfortunately, extremely outdated and need of an upgrade to truly be competitive

I loved the balcony view and the nachos I didn't like that there wasn't a vending machine on the different floor levels. Having a cold drink or snack close by would've been nice

This is our favorite hotel when staying in Orlando for anything. Staff is friendly. Hotel is super clean. Rooms comfy. Great amenities. I never have to bring shampoo or conditioner or body wash. Arcade is great. Resturant is great.
