DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort

Wi-Fi was absolutely awful!

It was very clean, very spacious the rooms zero complaints! Highly recommend this place.

Really disappointed in this hotel, run down and it felt like a motel. I was due to stay 3 nights but left after 1 night due to feeling unsafe coupled with the bugs in the room. Very disappointing for a Hilton

Superb

Exceptional

The parking fee is almost as much as the room itself, plus the gates automated system is very inconvenient, first to check in and then because of the room key deactivates at check out you can’t get out and need to call someone from reception to open it up, is not a smooth experience.

Be aware of the resort fee which was not properly disclosed and made it almost impossible to get a hold of someone at the hotel after the stay.

Exceptional

Clean Room

property is nice! room could have been cleaner for sure ! sheets were dirty they put us in a room right behind an event going on. knowing i had a child with me. played u till 11:30 at night that was NOT going to work. once moved it was better but the first room was awful. the room i actually paid for ! and ended up with a cheaper room!

Great breakfast, facility clean

Great breakfast very nice property

The $15-per-package fee is not disclosed until you go to pick up your packages. I had 8 packages delivered from Amazon, and I was charged $15 for EACH package, even though these were regular Amazon orders, with the heaviest package only being about 5 lbs. That came to $120 in unexpected mailroom fees! The mailroom guy was very nice, and I loved him! I know he was just doing his job, but these fees are honestly ridiculous and should be clearly disclosed upfront so guests can plan for them. The additional resort fees and parking fees beware of them before booking. Honestly the villa rooms felt like a fixed up motel not what I expected

Todo sucio c moho y muy malas condiciones las villas

We didn’t know breakfast wasn’t included in our stay on the web it says included but it definitely wasn’t and they charged me more then it said

Excellent

Such a great stay for the cost! The beds were not very comfortable, but other than that it was a good stay!

The hotel was Nic

This should be disclosed immediately, as I’ve never before had a hotel with this going on.

Super clean and great location!
