No coffee in rooms

Very clean, easy check-in, friendly staff Kinda pricey, didn’t have a coffee maker or tea in the room… although it did have coffee at the breakfast bar

I was in a higher numbered room on the north side of the building, the band and music from the restaurant next door kept me up till 2 am.

Super clean room and facility, super friendly staff, one if the best breakfasts I've had in a long time at a hotel.

This property overall was good due to the fact they just finished a renovation 6 months ago. We rented a king suite room, but it seems all I had was extra space. No table and no TV in that space. All you had was a small 32" TV in the bedroom portion. They only had one ice machine on the 1st floor which was inconvenient.

Only complaint is that the breakfast attendant working 9/26/26 was rude to me.

The rooms smelled good and were clean. It’s in a rough spot and it’s hard to find off the map.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years and, after much updating, I believe the maintenance was needed and has been done to a very high level. I will ALWAYS miss having coffee in my room; however, apparently all HI Express are removing coffee makers from rooms. Convenient for housekeeping staff, not so much people staying there because, in my case, I need to shower and fix hair etc, before I face the world. I wonder if it was to save money for corporate and help turn rooms over quicker. Without the coffee available in my room, I checked out earlier. BTW! The coffee experience downstairs that grinds your coffee, etc. is really quite good.

Pool was nice location was good for our event The door yo room did not lock breakfast was supposed par and the new room was smelly and the TV was very tiny

Convenient to shopping and interstate, staff was excellent, breakfast was great but please get the staff a new baking pan—the lady struggled with cleaning a pan she couldn’t get a new one.

There was no hot water during my stay. Hotel told me that I needed to call Booking.com for a refund. Booking.com tells me that I need to confirm with hotel. Basic hot water is a legal obligation by the hotel. I will be actively fighting this with my credit card and will be contacting the BBB to report both the hotel and Booking.com - this will be the last time I ever use Booking.com and I have nearly 10K worth of bookings on here.

Room was comfortable and close to everything! We were in the ground/basement floor so at night the street sweepers and garbage trucks are kinda loud but other then that it was awesome, on that note they do provide sound machines.

The TV did not get basic channels (ABC, NBC, CBS) the front desk indicated they could not do anything about it. Very disappointing.

Comfortable bed Air-con unit in the room ran as loud as a jet engine. Premises looked tired and lacked TLC Staff were average at best (exception was the young man you checked us in)
