The staff make this place stand out from the rest! Every single staff member was prompt, friendly, and helpful.

Room was spacious, had a king bed, couch and desk area. Front desk girls were very helpful with printing my boarding pass….old school, would never find it on my phone. Lots of restaurants in area. My only complaint is the toilet is very low. Hard to get off of after knee replacement, advised to put grab bars to help get up.

Bad

The bad. There are barn doors on the bathroom doors in the room. I'm not quite sure why this was ever a thing but they need to go. I'm not a barn animal, and I don't need to do my business in a barn with gaps in the door with my whole family just outside. Barn doors are stupid. Also the pool was freezing. There was a thermometer over one of the drain covers and it said 70 degrees Fahrenheit. That's to cold. I brought it up to the person at the desk the first night, the next person the next day, and a third person the 3rd day. Each said maintenence would fix it. They never did. I also chatted corporate about it and they routed me back to the hotel and someone messaged me that they did not have maintenence to fix it. I believe it will magically fix itself at the end of the month when the hot tub is supposed to be finished being fixed, so watch out for that and I would assume the pool is broken until then. It would have been nice to know about that before booking though as we have two young boys who love to swim so we would have booked elsewhere.

The breakfast was poorly organized and not refilled at 9:00am in the morning. Oatmeal, was dried up and not addressed. Table wiping was not completed. Just poorly organized. The cleanliness of the facility. The Whirlpool was covered with ply wood. Just very poorly maintained. I thought I was in a Motel 6. Room needed some serious TLC. If there is a list of hotels that need refurbishing I would highly recommend this be at the top of the list.

The hotel was clean. Staff was welcoming. This was my second time staying here. The hot tub was out of service this time around, but otherwise we had a great stay.

Everything was great! Check in and out was awesome. Both clerks were very customer oriented. Room was clean very comfortable!

Room was clean and the staff were friendly. I’ve stayed at this location on many occasions when visiting the area.

Car Charging Station would be nice.

Nice alrge rooms. The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I left my cell phone there and it was found and turned in! Overall, a great experience and would recommend them highly.

Your friendly staff Not enough handicap parking

Disappointed that the hot tub was under construction or renovation--anyway, not available. The pool was a bit cold and small. The breakfasts were great and the staff were helpful.

Also, I believe the condenser on our air conditioning unit was going. It sounded like a motorcycle was parked outside of our room all night. My husband did track down an employee, but we didn't ask for another room. Moving for 1 night just seemed too difficult. Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices, and the food was fresh.

Clean and professional environment.

Omg the bed was super comfy. I’ve never slept on a bed so comfortable. Room was very clean very spacious would definitely 100% stay again. I was there for work so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy a lot of the amenities but they’re definitely is a lot to do.

Place is pretty run down and smells like mold
