The room was very clean, and the staff was helpful whenever i interacted with them. I would definitely stay here again.

2) there was stains on the bed sheets, the blankets and there was po*p stains on the side of the toilet in my particular room which is a hazard 3) the water pressure in the bathtub was insanely strong (not in a good way) it was like water bullets hitting my skin and it pained me everytime i went to take a shower. 4) the parking is absolutely horrendous here, they have more valet parking than necessarily needed so at night it's hard to find parking in the front of the hotel cause realistically not alot of people are gonna be leaving their hotels at night so you either have to pay $50 a night for valet or you park in the garage behind the hotel. (also handicap parking is all the way in the back????)

Beautiful hotel only complaint is the water pressure in the shower and the 40 dollar a night charge to park the car they also put a hold on your card depending on how long u stay instead of just holding a card on file other than that amazing place to stay and close to restaurants, Dave and busters, shopping mall, bowling etc...

Rooms are spacious and clean. All staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great place, across from the shopping mall and bowling, escape room. Nothing -

Parking is way overpriced. Check in was a nightmare. Paid for king bed but got 2 doubles. Most everything

Very nice stay, great location and amenities and friendly service!

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms themselves were very clean. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, however. Also, if you are planning to park a car while there, just know it’s going to be $37/day which I found to be ridiculous. Other than that, I’d highly recommend staying here! Great quality for the price!

Booked two rooms for two nights, both had dirty cups. The wallpaper is falling off and moldy. Small full beds instead of queens.

Great room, friendly staff

Good room, clean, great town location

Room … bathroom could use a deep clean. The caulking around tub was moldy, gross. Shampoo/Consitioner/Soap dispenser was broken and on tub floor. For $200++ a night I would expect better. Read small print… parking is $39 a day.

I think I deserve some sense of compensation other than half of my valet parking being covered are they not only did not give me appropriate room not once but twice I had booked a premier premium king room which I’ve never received the whole time I was there which I think that is completely unappropriate and I don’t believe that I should go ahead and just be OK and deal with the outcome with the fact that they booked wrong on their calendar the hardship should not be mine, but there’s.

We love staying there anytime we are in the area. Clean rooms, excellent pool and amenities.

Extremely expensive parking ($40+ per night). Room was not provided service and was literally tld it was my faukt for “not following the instructions on the card” I received at check-in (there was no card or other such document). Floors were sticky from people carrying drinks from the bar. A sticky cocktail had spilled in the elevator when I arrived and had not been cleaned up when I left on Thursday.

The only negative thing was that the hotel advertised a Disney shuttle on here, which we learned at check-in was apparently shut down last year. We chose this hotel for the transfer so we could save on parking fees at Disney, but we had to pay USD 40 for the hotel parking and another 40 for the Disney parking.
