Location The room was old. Holes and stains on furniture. Water in the shower took 30mins to get warm in the morning. It was loud all hours of the night, tvs didn't work well. Smelled strange. Breakfast was just ok.

The suite was very equipped, and comfortable! The pool needed maintenance and that housekeeping was not available since it was all booked and busy that day….

The biggest issue was what happened Friday night. After spending the entire day at Disneyland with my two young children (8 and 3), we returned to the hotel expecting to rest. Instead, the hotel’s fire alarm malfunctioned and blared continuously from approximately 5 PM until 1 AM. The hotel called the firefighters, who were unable to resolve it. They contacted the district manager, who apparently couldn’t be reached, and the direct manager didn’t arrive until we had already been dealing with the alarm for more than two hours. Meanwhile, my exhausted family was forced to sit outside the hotel on a blanket on the ground for hours because of the nonstop alarm. When management finally arrived, they offered only 50% off that night’s stay. That is an absolutely laughable response to putting guests through 8 hours of a blaring fire alarm, especially families with young children. I booked through a third party, and when that company contacted the hotel on my behalf, the property refused any additional compensation. Even more concerning, it appeared that the fire alarms were eventually deactivated rather than the underlying problem being properly resolved. If that is what happened, that raises a serious safety concern for everyone staying there. There were other issues as well. Had to keep asking for clean towels also no sleep for Saturday night due to a fire alarm going off in the day time and night time at 1100 pm for over an hour . Would like refund back for Saturday Better customer service, I had to go to the front desk to get anything that i had needed towels trash bags etc , i was told that i would have room cleaning service no one showed up at all , it just seems as though it was not enough help. I* really enjoy staying at this location when i visit California but very disappointed this time

I would never stay here again. Our first night the fire alarm kept going off interrupting our sleep, waking up the baby. The jacuzzi was not hot, barley warm. Our room had coffee pods in it but no coffee maker. They charged us $15 to get late check out. Kitchen staff was rude wanted to charge my husband for coffee when he asked them for some after breakfast was done. They told him "you have a coffee machine in room", which we didnt.

The bedroom we stayed in the carpet was lifted near the bathroom which resulted to some ants coming out. The floors were thin so any step the neighbors beneath would complain. Overall my stay was decent.

Patricia seemed to be the only person that provided excellent service The staff member did not help me at all. He proceeded to tell me he could not accept my credit card even though I had the amount needed for my stay. We had been traveling for 8+ hours and we were very tired but he was not helpful at all. He told me best western does not accept my type of bank card. After not providing any kind of solution I then made a reservation at a different best western that was less then 15 min away and the staff member at the other location said they do in fact accept the type of credit card I was using.
