Homewood Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown

Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean Our rooms were not correct when we showed up so my family was separated we had to get two rooms , then our AC didn’t work so we were hot until it was fixed. We had two little kids being separated was not what we expected or wanted but since we have family staying at the hotel as well we had no choice but to stay

Exceptional

It was the best location for our needs lots of walking options for food and drink. Our room doors would not close all the way. Too warped bathroom door and bedroom door. Part of being in a humid climate I guess

Exceptional

Room was almost perfect, couple spots were missed when cleaned and the fridge was having some issues with the freezer but otherwise it was good. Loved the room and will stay there again!

The suites were cozy apartments. Great staff! The lever to switch from bath faucet to shower head wouldn’t fully switch to the shower head. Shower was fine.

Great room, amazing staff!

The location was great, not very far from everything. I appreciate the long hours for breakfast and the 24/7 “snack store”. It was annoying I had to pay for parking. I wasn’t aware of that until I saw signs in the parking lot.

Easy stay after visiting the nearby zoo. Very clean, comfortable bed. TVs don't have streaming option, which is so frustrating! A bit noisy outside from the street activity -- would probably be quite loud if there was an event at the stadium. Parking cost $15.99 overnight via an app.

Breakfast was good, the suite was nice. My main complaint was it seemed the central A/C was out so the hallways were hot and the window A/C was only kinda sufficient in the room See above

Superb

Superb

Loved the property and our stay!

Loved the kitchenette!

Good amenities

Very clean. Front desk went out of their way to be kind and helpful! Nice big suites.

Very hot in the hallways, breakfast was not the best. Our pull out bed was dirty

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Especially the front desk staff on Saturday morning 9/5/26. Had reserved a taxi van for 4:00am to airport. When they didn’t arrive on time the staff called the taxi service and got them to provide a van immediately. 5 minutes from phone call. A+ for effective communication. Hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located.

5 star! Great service, desk receptionist was on the phone trying to figure out a reservation, put them on hold quick to check me in. Rooms, hallways were clean. Room air was working wonderfully. I was with my daughter and we felt safe!

The location was perfect for what we needed and the staff was great. It would have been nice to have some vending machines for drinks/snacks for when we got back late at night
