Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Downtown

Convenient location near the riverfront and within walking distance of downtown. Room was clean, and complimentary breakfast did the job.

I would never go there again

Responsive front desk staff, effective cleaners, variety of entrees at breakfast. Paying for parking.

Pleasant

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The staff were very nice, it was very clean, and complimentary breakfast was a nice touch!

Front desk required an extra $20 deposit in case "anything happens"

Cleaning staff did a great job! Emptied our trash bins, remade beds, and gave us fresh linens for the bathroom. Anytime we left the hotel to do things, staff would go out of their way to say have a great day. When we returned staff would go out of their way to greet us. The continental breakfast was decent. Staff was great about keeping things stocked.

Assistant GM was super nice. Have to pay for parking which was mad dumb.

Propreté service et proximité du centre ville

The staff was awesome.Everything was clean. We had no real problems and would recommend to anyone. The towels were super thin and scratchy but that’s typical and not really a complaint. Breakfast was great and overall a very nice stay

Good

Property was in wonderful condition, clean, and friendly staff!!

Room did not have trash can liners, when asked at the desk, it was said that there were non available. Pillows are horrible. They are too soft, they sink when you lay your head on them.

Clean and comfortable Nothing

Great hotel with clean and friendly staff.

I went to take a shower as one does after driving all day to get to the hotel… not one but two roaches begin floating around in the water that is not draining in the shower. Not to worry though, as the water is not draining the roaches along with about a 1/4 inch of water are now covering the rest of the bathroom floor. Not to mention brownish/orangish stains on the curtains. Whatever the color was, it wasn’t pretty. If staying in Omaha perhaps consider staying in one of the numerous other hotels in the area.

Freezing cold hallways, bathroom vanity light didn’t work, bathroom sink drain was very slow, breakfast was not as good as other places.

The location for me was the key. Everything else was on par and worked out great.

Breakfast was great only the waffles was missing. All clean and receptionist was very nice and helpful.
