Hotel was the cleanest most up kept hotel i have stayed in in a long time. Everything was perfect

We ordered a balcony room- balcony doors were on operating. Called the desk and they said only 1 room opened. It was available but full of spiders and didn’t sound like they wanted to clean them off. They did up grade us, to a king suite. You also have to pay for parking- which we didn’t know until we got there

Staff was awful. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. Nothing is included with your stay. You pay for the room that’s it. Breakfast isn’t included, parking is an extra fee, not even a free bottle of water in the room. They’re marked $7!!!! After our checkout I had noticed a parking notice on the windshield. We were unaware that we needed to pay for parking (nothing was said at check in) I scanned the code on the ticket and it was $27!!! We had our vehicle parked there for LESS than 12 hours. I tried calling the front desk and the phone was answered by a very uninterested employee. As I was talking he was talking to other people, he would set the phone down when I was mid sentence and not tell me. I got maybe 4 words out of him in a 10 minute phone call. I was out on hold and then they hung up on me. I called again and was asked what they could help me with, when I explained it was “okay one second” and was out on hold AGAIN for 15 more minutes. They were not interested in helping me at all. Ive never experienced such lazy behavior from staff at a hotel.

Ask for new towels and never receive

Clean room excellent service

Nice room/clean/semi decent location minus all the sidewalk construction making it difficult to go where you wanted. Very noisy. You can hear just about everything from the main roads/sidewalk/bars. All night long. We even were on the 7th floor. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it. Also have to pay $25.99 for parking in their lot. Super squeaky bed, box spring was going bad I think.

Although construction downtown was a bit chaotic, found the parking area eventually. Check in person was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. The HVAC was a bit noisy through the night but over all a great location and property. Love Marriott Bonvoy!

The room was very nice ,,, the area had construction,, which is beyond their control. But it made it hard to get around

There was construction everywhere so getting to the property was terrible. HD to pay for parking. I would not go back there

We were expecting a swimming pool area, but found that it was cemented. On site it was stated that there was a pool.
