Bad

great place to stay! room was clean, bed was comfy, nice and quiet! we enjoyed are stay here!

Beds and staff were great Needs some maintenance water in sink barley ran, minor damage to bathroom door and trim

Passable

Breakfast. Before 9 a.m. much of the breakfast items were out, there was no refill of much of the items available.

The hotel seems to be going through a renovation, which would be good- because it needs to be updated. The quality of the linens needs work. The bar was only opened once. The staff did their best to try and help.

The hotel does look clean and safe inside, but is undergoing renovations as of September 2026. Some rooms lack fridges and microwaves (they warn about it) and there is rebranding under way. Maybe it was Fair Bridge Inn before? Breakfast is included, but is very poor. At 9 am, most breakfast offerings were gone and not replenished. There was no milk for cereal. The waffle batter didn’t poor out of the dispenser. There was zero fruit or juices/ infused waters. Best part was the bed. Very comfortable. Good quality sleep. Pretty quiet rooms. Note: hotel is pet-friendly on floors 1-2.

The room had disgusting wear and tear and was generally in poor shape. The front desk agent tried to give me a room with one king when I specifically reserved a 2 queen room.

Nice and courteous staff.

The bar food was good, and the bar tender was sweet There was blood on the sheets, the room felt moist(wet) the lady at the front desk didn't apologize for the dirty sheets, just gave me another room. I had to pack up all my stuff and move. She could just change the sheets, cause I didn't want to move. She said that she could give me sheets and I could make my own bed. Totally horrible

Very nice hotel

Was insulted by food staff, line of questioning was out of line.

Maybe Breakfast can be improved.

The staff

When I called about the property to ask questions, the gentleman at the desk was very rude and short with me. I didn’t even stay in the room. I found somewhere else to go where the staff was more polite and actually acted like they like their jobs I don’t care what kind of hotel you are customers pay your salary The staff

The beds in the rooms were super comfortable and it was very clean and the staff was very polite the breakfast was awesome we enjoyed that and the pool was clean a little bit isolated but still clean that was the important part I did not care for the exterior seemed a little trashy dirty it was in a pretty sketchy part of town but that's part of the price you got to pay for trying to be close to the airport I guess

Good location They are committing fraud. They charged me $100 for damaged towels and I didn’t even use their towels.
