Hotel itself was nice. Outside there is a fair number of panhandlers on the corners of the block since it is right off the interstate.

I binned this room for my moms birthday. She never stayed at a Hilton hotel so I wanted her to have the experience. The next morning after enjoying her birthday she went to try and get breakfast and was told it didn’t come with her room! The front desk manager didn’t ask her name or room number. Just told that lie and kept it moving! My mom is diabetic so she had to drive back to Lawton hungry because she thought since I booked a room that included breakfast she could eat there before getting on the road. The front desk manager who happened to be the person who told her breakfast wasn’t included in her room rate was no help whatsoever. The front desk manager could have asked what room my mom was in to verify that breakfast is included. The front desk manager could have offered a resolve but she did not

Air conditioning didn’t work in our room and told front desk who sent maintenance and they mitigated the problem in a short way and it never worked. Our room never went below 77
