The breakfast was great , lots of selections . The only think I would suggest is some work in the whirlpool , the jets were not powerful . The water was hot just bit ouch power . Staff was very friendly as well .

We stayed there for ten nights, they only changed the bed sheet once. For ten days, the breakfast was the same items. Boring.

I made a last minute reservation and was very pleased. Very friendly staff. My room was clean. Nice complimentary breakfast. The pool and hot tub were great. And very modern equipment in the fitness room. Will stay there again when in the area.

It was ok but not one of the better Hamptons. Very quiet and a spacious room, but the room was poorly maintained (which makes me question the maintenance and cleanliness of the property in general). The sink stopper was pulled out when I arrived and I quickly realized it was because it would not drain when properly sitting in the drain. The wall anchor for the blinds pull was not attached to the wall - screws were completely missing. One set of blind would not rise more than a foot. The light switch was poorly installed. There were pink crumbs of some sort on the desk chair and it looked as though the vacuum never goes near the baseboards in the room as the carpet was filthy next to the wall. The thermostat kept giving me an error message and stayed set to "off" and I finally figured out the temperature controls on the a/c unit itself were what worked. The check-in clerk just handed me my key and gave me zero information about amenities, and did not describe the location of my room or tell me where the elevator was (which is needed because its down a hallway and around a corner...not easy to find). I will give high praise for a courtyard area that was perfect for my dog, and a decent breakfast.

Overall, great stay! Breakfast options plentiful, nice staff, great pool and hot tub!

They knocked on my door 2x even though DND was on. And then proceeded to empty out my room as if I was a checkout and toook all of my belongings. Front desk wasn’t able to find anything in housekeeping carts or lost and found. As somebody who’s worked as a guest service agent for years that’s something that housekeeping should not do. Or front desk needs to communicate that a guest is a stay over. Especially if I came at 10am to recheck into my room and housekeeping didn’t come knocking until 12pm. The communication isn’t good on top of that I’m missing more than 6 items totaling over $200 that I’d just spent Saturday for a weekend get a way. Overall the property is nice I stay here all the time but I’m just disappointed this time and won’t be back.

Enjoyed my stay .. very clean & quiet.

The breakfast was fine with plenty of seating. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure and temperature satisfied us. All staff interactions were pleasant and successful. Chloe at front desk is a gem ( so friendly and helpful.)

Only issue with the hotel was our 3rd floor ice maker was broken so we had to go down to the 1st floor - with that being said, NICE HOTEL!
