Best Western Okemos/East Lansing Hotel & Suites

was close to where we needed to be the most confusing hotel i have ever been in. hotel key cards kept malfunctioning. front desk service was slow. there was mold covering the curtains in my room which i did not discover until day 2 so we were sleeping while breathing in mold!!

We stay here about once a month for the kids to have a night away with the pool! The breakfast is amazing and the staff is always so helpful! The jacuzzi rooms are perfect mom and dad get their room while the kids have a living room!

Bad

The pool was warm building was comfortable Smell some toxic smell in north end of hall. It smelled fine every where else

Great hotel for a great price!

Absolutely fantastic. Loved my stay. Pet friendly. Very accommodating. I couldn't ask for more. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's a very quiet and comfortable place with an outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast is especially plentiful, and the staff are very friendly.

The room was a bit musty smelling I've had the same experience before so I was prepared with a deodorizer. The thermostat doesnt go any lower than 65 i prefer 63 for sleeping but it was ok. The brand of shampoo and soap has a great smell!

'It made doe a great gathering area for 4 at night. Vert clean and spacious .

The hotel is run down well below Best Western standards.

Everything was great. Food& room were great. Only complaint was no body wash in shower.

we got keys and headed to the "NON SMOKING ROOM" I reserved, but we could SMELL the room from the outside. We went in and it was DISGUSTINGLY bad in there. So bad that even our clothes smelled like smoke and we were in the room for about 1 minute before heading to the front desk... ...where she was gone again. THIS time with two other parties waiting. So after another long wait, we got the room switched, she said, "the staff should have told them it was non smoking. What staff? I only saw the front desk lady the WHOLE TIME were there! On our way to our new room, we saw piles of trash and dirty linen in the hallways..that were STILL there when we checked out the next day! Every 10 feet along the hall was a new horrible smell. Anyway the new room was decent aside from almost NO water pressure in the shower (literally trickling out of the shower head.) and the TV didnt work. If anything was positive, the standard hotel fare breakfast was well stocked, clean and the eating space was comfortable and clean. So in terms of value, I essentially paid $155 for a standard hotel breakfast. I cannot recommend this place even for a one night stay.

Room was recently renovated, huge TV (didn't watch it, but the biggest I've seen in a hotel room). Nice staff. Easy parking, convenient. Better than expected!

Good

hotel smelled, very unappetizing breakfast

Great room and great location far away from the highway so no noticeable road noice from vehicular traffic. The breakfast was okay with many options to choose from.

It was very friendly and...
