Baymont by Wyndham Odessa

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming and room was nice and clean! Definitely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again in the future! There was nothing we didn't like!

Good room, coffee & breakfast

TV Remote missing but took care of it good people

The hotel worked for me for a one night stay.

Very good

In a nice area of the city lots of dining options.

This is a case where you get what you’re paying for… when I got there, there were no lightbulbs in the lamp and it seemed an inconvenience to get one. The bathroom was dirty. They were dead bugs and other unmentionables around the toilet. The room smelled like chemical bug spray. The chair was frayed. I walked out and did not get a refund.

The carpet and furniture were stained the tv remote didn't work staff came to help us but couldn't do anything she said there were no more remotes we asked after another room she said would have to ask the manager the beds have half pillows glad it was only for one night

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and good parking. Excellent staff.

However, I feel the cleanliness and overall condition of the guest rooms could use improvement. To my understanding, the hotel is under new ownership, so I hope some updates are being considered. One recommendation would be to remove the carpeting from the rooms. The combination of carpet, humidity, and insufficient deep cleaning is beginning to cause an unpleasant odor in some rooms. Housekeeping practices could also be improved. Linens that are heavily stained or soiled should be removed from circulation rather than placed in rooms for new guests. Management may also want to conduct occasional surprise inspections of rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure housekeeping standards are consistently being met. On more than one occasion, I have found used items left behind by previous guests, which raises concerns about how thoroughly the rooms are being cleaned between stays. The friendly and helpful staff is definitely a positive part of the experience. With greater attention to room cleanliness, linens, and overall upkeep, I believe the hotel could provide a much more comfortable and pleasant experience for its guests.

Convenience to hi way for an overnight stay traveling. Hotel is looking run down but was inexpensive. Close to dining options

It was an upscale property and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend it and if traveling through, I'd gladly spend a night again.

A lot of food options around the property Take out nasty furniture and get new flooring ,clean windows and seal remove all carpet and rusty door binding cracking restrooms shower walls inside and out
