This hotel was clean and quiet at night. The hotel staff were cordial, especially Margret, who went out of her way to help open doors, offer to push the luggage cart, and offer any other assistance that I might need with my husband who is disabled. There were window blinds, but curtains would be better.

They offer no breakfast, NO COFFEE, there was no bath soap in my room. Absolutely no amenities whatsoever so ever!! I won’t stay there again.

From the outside you would think this was a decent place. But that facade crumbled when I got to my room. The bathroom had one towel and one floor mat. No shampoo, and a single bar of soap. I wondered why no wash cloth. Then I found it soaked and wadded up in the kitchen sink. The bed was poorly made, and there was a hair on the bathroom sink. I had just driven nearly 900 miles, so I wasn't in the mood to ask for a different room.

The room I stayed in was clean and it had a small kitchen. I really enjoyed that. Service was good. The thing I didn't like was there was no hair dryer or iron. I requested extra pillows and blankets and was told they are not allowed to give extra pillows. The blankets was okay but never got them. That was the only thing I didn't like.

Staff member banging on my employee's door in the early hours of the morning to inform my employee needed to get out of the room cause of no payment or extension. the host call the law enforcement to have my employee removed . After further investigation the officer did see that my employee was in the right to be on the premises for the day till check out. The officer told my employee that by law its a business and staff has a right to have anyone removed from the premises. The staff member was rude and making faces to my employee when benign escorted out she blew out kisses to my employee like ha ha ha . The officer told the staff member to stop it or she would be going to jail . with that this staff member needs to be removed from this establishment and the place to be black listed from a sorry service .

Easy location to find, nice and quiet. After hours front office was locked had to go to my car and had to go all the way around to the front No ice machine that I saw. No complimentary breakfast That I know off. The bathtub felt like it was going to collapse from the 4th floor. People smoking by the doors.

SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS-DON'T STAY HERE. I arrived at the hotel and while driving around the property I noticed two standing by a car in the parking lot. So I pulled to the other side of the hotel. I walked in to go to the receptionist and that should have been my first clue. It was a weird, enclosed check in station. The women, also still wearing her backpack which should have been my second clue started checking me in. As she did, the two men from outside can in and stood behind me as to ask the receptionist something. She gave me my key card while telling me my room number outload. I go the elevator and the two men following me. They are just standing there staring at me. As soon as the evaluator opened. I ran out the back door and ran to my car. I don't know their intentions, but they didn't look good. I drove away from the hotel and called the receptionist and told her to cancel my reservation and told her I didn't feel safe with those men by the elevator. She just said "okay", like it was no big deal or as if possibly this happens often. I was very surprised but this as this area in Odessa is very nice. If you are a female solo traveler, DO NOT book this hotel.
