Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bed linen was not changed, and we were never informed that the hotel’s policy was to replace it only every two days. The swimming pool did not appear suitable for use from a hygiene perspective. There was a strong sewage-like smell, and the water had an unpleasant grey colour, so we did not feel comfortable entering it. The food was basic and unremarkable, and the entire lobby was filled with strong cooking odours from the kitchen. In addition, the reception staff were neither welcoming nor helpful. We were also incorrectly charged for breakfast, even though it was already included in our reservation. Had I not noticed the mistake, we would have been charged an additional $70. When we requested a refund, it took the staff several hours to process it. Overall, this was a very negative experience. We were genuinely surprised that a hotel of this standard operates under the Hilton brand, as it fell far below the level of quality and service we expected.

View The staff is miserable. We walked in andthe women at the front desk totally ignored us. She was laying over the counter talking to another employee. Except for the kitchen staff, the rest of the staff was not helpful at all.

The breakfast offers MANY delicious options to please everyone: you can order specifically off the menu or take advantage of the quick help-yourself buffet selections. Very efficient and friendly breakfast staff. This hotel is new, well-maintained and the well-lit spacious parking lot makes one feel safe at this location. A VERY MINOR ISSUE: our room had not been cleaned by the time that we got there for 3PM check-in but it was available probably within 20 minutes. The room was clean and neat when it was ready. The staff was probably behind because there was a large wedding party staying there for the weekend. Regardless of any tiny snag that may occur, the staff is always courteous and very helpful in resolving any issues.

Clean nice and good room Sadly a lot of noise in the hallway which kept us awake. No idea why people run around , yell and knock on doors.

We had stayed at the Washington hotel near the train.. it was twice as expensive and totally NOT; worth it. Your place is #1. Thank you
