Outside of hotel had rotted trim boards across entire roof line. Gardens not maintained and full of weeds. There was a hole in the wooden divider on the balcony. Trash on ground in parking lots. Stairways look like they have not been vacuumed in years! Ice machine broken. The room it's self was cleaner than the rest of the areas however there was mold in the tile grout of shower. Lots of dirty light switches and doors from hands. I used to stay year many years ago and it was pristine! So I was shocked to see it inta current condition.

Halls & room had extremely foul odors! Rugs were filthy. The entire place has fallen into a sorry state! Hot tub has been broken for 2 years!!

The main reason for choosing the property was so I could use a hot tub the time looks like it's been out of commissioning for a long time. Should have been, I noted on the ad.The extra money for the weekend could of stayedin a much newer modern place for that money place, it was once a gem. It seems lobby areas and restaurant was neat. Room was tired outdated not real clean. King Bed (tired) worn out. Being a property Manager the first thing I Noticed wa THE ROTTEN TRIM BOARD AROUND THE ROOF EDGE , EASY REPAIR. THE ROAD LEADING UP TO FRONT DOOR , POT HOLES, MUDDY SHOULDER THAT YOU HAVE TO WALK THRU TO UNLOAD LUGGAGE.

We had a nice stay at Foxridge and loved they were pet friendly and our room was clean and very quiet. Thank you for the pleasant stay

Great location, near to many major stores and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has structure, heated pool, outdoor playground and spacious rooms. It’s outdated but still okay.

It really is a shame of the condition of the property as in its day was probably a main stay in North Conway.

The staff was very pleasant. But there was a strong cleaning deodorizer smell that left us with sinus headaches and irritation. Also the beds were so soft they caused me terrible neck and upper back pain. The hotel looks a bit worn and really needs some love.

Horrible place. Staff is rude. Rooms are disgusting, place is run down. Bates motel. I didn't like anything about this place. It's a dump.

Beautiful location. Quiet. Everything worked well. We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Sits way back from the road, so it is quiet, and has great potential with some work done. The building needs spruce up. Saw quite a few things that need some fixing up. Never saw the house keeping people. Saw a few cob webs and general cleaning. We weren't unhappy, but does need sprucing up.

neither the outdoor or indoor pool were operational. They did have a nearby heated outdoor pool for use at another nearby hotel.

Only stayed one night so we didn’t explore too much. Property was quiet despite being close to town though the walls are a bit thin so we could kinda hear people in the next room. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

An older property but in very good condition...we felt welcomed ...the king room was excellent ...since it is off the main highway in a wooded scenic setting it is quiet with no road noise....breakfast was good...everything very clean....excellent price
