Clean room , comfy bed , great location

Everything was great but our room was never cleaned. We did see housekeeping but they never came into our room

N/A. That’s it not typing a letter

Almost everything. 1- the service was non existent. The shuttle, which we were told would take us to the Giants game at MetLife stadium and pick us up, it turned into a fiasco. I spoke with the GM prior and somehow wires crossed with her staff.

Rooms were very clean, cleaning staff was lovely and attentive. Attitude of shuttle driver could have been better. Bro acted like he was bothered to have to do his job the whole time.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We had room 419 everything was okay except the bathroom had a glass door which offered no privacy. I had to close a dividing door between the bedroom and bathroom area for privacy. Otherwise everything else was great.
