Nice place to stay

Staff was good, but the hottub has paint chipping off and when you turned it on, stuff came out of the jets, had to leave the same day we checked in

the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, bathtub was all rusted inside ,some lights didn't work, and breakfast was not that great

Terrible management by the staff. Maximising profits seemed to be a higher priority than customer service. We were allocated a room with King size bed and kitchen. AC and shower weren't working and when we informed the manager about it the next day, they said that any service or room change request could be done before 3pm only, as they won't have staff after 3pm. At the same time, as a star hotel, they claim to have "24/7 service." "Service" here doesn't cover anything in short. Finally, after two nights of stay, we were promised a similar room but ended up getting one with queen beds instead and no kitchen. When asked about refunding the price difference, they said we were free to vacate the hotel altogether and claim refund through the third party. Classic exploitative behavior!

SI vas a utilizarlo como Hotel satelite para ir a pasar el dia en Nueva York. Piensalo bien!!. Desde el hotel sale un bus que te deja a dos cuadras del Time Square Pero el bus de regreso te deja lejos del hotel. Tienes que hacer una caminata de 30 minutos, en una via de mucho trafico y que no tiene acera en varios puntos. Lo que hace este recorrido muy peligroso. Con respecto a la habitacion, instalaciones y desayuno....normal.

nothing the bed was too stiff there was a cigarette burn in the bed. the ice maker didn't work on our floor. breakfast wasn't good the whole stay just sucked

I stayed in the jacuzzi suite room and would not use the jacuzzi because they painted over the damage half of the jets didn’t work and when we put some water in there were things floating in the water. Would not use the bathtub either as there was rust all around the overflow. There was black mold above the shower and the wall paper was peeling off several walls. Very unhappy. At one point I asked to down grade and was told no. They were not sold out.

Convenient location for visiting the NYC area. The hotel works well if you just need a place to stay for a night or two. The room was functional and served its purpose for a short stay. The rooms and shared areas are outdated, especially the bathrooms. The sink faucet in our room did not close completely and kept dripping. The bathtub did not drain properly, causing water to accumulate in the middle. The breakfast was very basic and had no protein options such as eggs, bacon, or ham during our stay. There is a sign stating that breakfast cannot be taken to the room and that guests may be charged if they do so. This is something families with children should keep in mind.

we found bed bugs in our room it was on the 3rd floor, they cant even say that they we unaware because they had bed bug powered underneath the couch and underneath the side of the bed, when we went down to the worker she said she had no idea and that we couldnt get a refund until the following monday, we opted to getting a different room because it was 1am so we had no where else to go, fast forward there manager was supposed to call us never did, also never got my $330 charge back
