... Untrustworthy. I was asking for the receipt (needed for the reimbursement) and no answer online (while when asking at the reception they said they will be sending in online). Not recommended.

The room size was great. It is very old. Air conditioner leaked water. Safe did not work
-
The restaurant was ok They canceled my reservation even after I showed them my receipt. Now they are trying to charge me again on a different credit card.

It was fine, Thank you!!!

The location was a little sketchy . The building is out dated and run down. The phone in my room didn’t work. The toilet plugged in the middle of the night .

The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was clean. The main challenge I had was finding meals. There is no lunch services or room service. If you have physical limitation there is no place within walking distance to eat.

Fairly clean rooms and comfortable beds, however, had terrible water pressure and a sink I had to squat at to wash my hands. Only 1 elevator was in service. The restaurant downstairs was mediocre at best and overpriced, but the staff was friendly. Good restaurants in the area and within walking distance. The hotel itself slapped on and extra 300 by not telling me about an extra 100 deposit at check in and they also mistakenly charged me an additional 210. Highly inconvenient but the staff assured me it would be corrected 2-4 business days after checking out. All in all 500 for 3 nights isn’t unreasonable but I feel that the conditions should have been better given the rate is nearly $190/night for essentially a 15ftx20 studio apartment. Would stay again though. 3stars

Location We had a joint room the building needs some major attention parking is very confusing and staff is unpleasant
-
Didn’t receive turndown service my entire stay (4 days) bathroom was leaking with water. Elevators weren’t working
-
The room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Would stay again.

I booked our stay in July.. we arrived and they did not have the room we booked available. They did their best to make that right.. It is a very old and dated building.. we wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
-
The location is convenient. The service was weak. Only one of four elevators worked. My room was not cleaned even once over four days.
-
It was close to the venue I was attending but not worth the cost.

We were very unhappy with the condition of our room. The hallway to our room smelled like cigarettes! We walked in the room and it was uncomfortably warm we turned the AC down to a normal temp. It didn't turn on. There was also a light hanging off the wall. I went down to talk to the desk and they sent maintenance up. He tried to fix the light and failed, turned the AC all the way down it came on. He left the light fell back off the wall. We started looking around the room everything was filthy the chair looked like it sat in a mechanics garage for 20 years. There was mold all over. The tub spout was falling out of the wall, the shower head spigot was also loose and coming out of the wall. I went down to talk to the front desk but they had lines of people waiting to check in or out. I went back to the room and my wife and I decided we were notgoing to stay in those conditions. We booked a different hotel and ordered a lyft. The front desk still had lines I walked up and gave them my room key and said we were not going to be staying and I would call later. We left and went to our new room I called the following morning to talk to the manager of the hotel they told me they did not arrive till noon. So I called Expedia the first representative said refund approved, we got cut off. 2nd person said manager was not in they had to email. Then I get an email from Expedia refund not approved

There was no hot water at 11:00 p.m. at night. It just left the ODU football game and couldn't take a shower till about 12:45 1:00 a.m. . There was a biker event with these old bikers and they were still loud.
