InTown Suites Extended Stay Norfolk VA

Staff, property and location were wonderful, clean and convenient. I highly recommend when in need of an extended stay.

For the price, it’s not bad at all. I had no issues with my room, everything was clean and kept up with. Rooms are a bit outdated but you really can’t complain when it’s a very fair priced room. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful, would stay here again.

This property is pretty good. The WiFi is hard to connect. The housekeeping is helpful, respectful,and kind. Plenty of parking. Our room is alright, it just has a few need to fix or mend items. Over all a 4 out of 5

Staff was nice. Building had a smoke odor and was a little run down. Found some cockroach friends in in the building.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms last minute due to AC u it at my house. Found me 2 rooms quick and last minute and let me review the rooms before I made a decision

Rooms dont look anything like the pictures. This place is run down addicts running around the parking lot. Along with drug sells in the parking lot. The rooms were disgusting with horrible smell.

Inside the facility the smell of weed mixed with some air fresheners was disturbing and in my room the bathroom light was hanging from one screw . The closet door was about to fall off , there was a fist hole on the bathroom door and when I asked management if that was the premium room I had reserved and paid for!!! They said it is the only room available, take it or leave it. So I ended paying extra to stay in a room that was completely garbage. I have pictures to back up everything I said . And I know I’m falling short on the description!!! I will make sure I don’t make that mistake again.

Price and size was great Floors were so dirty I wasted an entire box of swiffer pads trying to clean and was still sticky from never being cleaned before and the room smelled of smoke even thought they said at check in it didn’t ( it def DEF DID!) hope I’m not charged for it!
