Stayed here several times. Always clean, staff is friendly. Very convenient to ots of restaurants.

If we had to suggest anything, it would be “more pillows” on the kingsize beds. We only had three.

I was placed in a room that was already occupied. Management was dismissive of my safety concerns. My room key was disabled on my 2nd night of an 8-night stay. The staff blamed me for the key being disabled.

There are busy times, when the pool is crowded so the water doesn’t look as clear, and the breakfast lounge is packed but staff does their best to upkeep when they can.

The room was clean, and comfy. Very spacious. We had the double queen suite. With a kitchen, Which came in handy. We stayed a 5 nights.We are Self sufficient so we didn't need housekeeping, but she checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The only thing was we had to pay $10 a day to park. When we booked the room months before our trip, it didn't say anything about paying to park,but it apparently is a new policy.. So it was an unexpected fee to pay. But other than that the staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel was clean.
