I am writing this hotel a one star. I have stated extended stays before and have had no issues and everything was great. For this property the hallways were filthy it smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke going into the building the door broke halfway through the stay and had to be blocked open with a tiny Rock. The key card was deactivated twice during our stay because they said every two days it has to be deactivated which makes no sense. The oven was broken we could not use it. The first room we were put in the air conditioning unit was cover was dismantled so we had to go to another unit. We come to Atlanta a lot and will never stay at this facility again. One star all the way.

I should have known it was going to be bad when I had to sign a statement acknowledging I was not a tenant and do not live there. I guess they have a problem with squatters. After wading through the stench of weed in the hall I got to my room. The bathroom door may have been severely damaged at one point but why replace the door when you can screw a facade of a nice door on both sides? It looked like it was riveted on like a steel plate. Except as if a 10 year old was responsible for repairs. Stains on the lamp. I guess Diddy stayed there at some point. Curly hairs under the pillow ( maybe Diddy did stay there) And stains (one of which was the color of dried blood) on the 1985 era fuzzy blanket. The blanket and hairs are what made me just walk out and get a room at the crown plaza one street over. Run away.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful however I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in. The hotel room had a mildew scent and I seen several roaches near the bed. I immediately asked to be checked out.

Yeah, whenever I opened up the room door for the first time roaches fell on my head!

Pulling up to the place it’s very nice & well maintained, but opening the door to enter the building all I could smell is weed, day #3 of our stay it started to fade, the hallway was only vacuumed once in our 4 day stay, it’s a beautiful building but more needs to be done on the interior maintenance.

While the staff members who handled our check-in and check-out were very professional, and the lobby and exterior of the building appeared decent, the rest of the property was entirely unacceptable. Both the building and our rooms had a strong, pervasive odor of mold and marijuana. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the common areas was severely lacking. During our entire four-night stay, the hallways on the second and third floors were never vacuumed. There were visible food particles and other debris left on the hallway carpets day after day. Because of this, we felt compelled to spray down our entire room with disinfectant and wipe down all surfaces with sanitizing wipes before we could even attempt to feel comfortable. The only reason we did not leave immediately is because we booked through a third-party site and were unable to secure a refund. To minimize our time at your facility, we only slept in the rooms at night and spent the entirety of our days out of the building visiting family. I expect a property operating under your brand to maintain basic health, safety, and cleanliness standards. I look forward to your response regarding how you plan to address these conditions.
