Crowne Plaza Atlanta NE - Norcross by IHG

Great

The property was immaculate, very close to downtown Norcross. The staff was most helpful and breakfest was very good. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again at this hotel.

Excelente hotel

Close to everything and very Chan inside. Slept great but breakfast was over priced.

The room was clean and well maintained, as well as the pool and restaurants.

It was my first stay here. I was visiting my daughter who lives here. It was convenient to her apartment and the hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff always greeted me with a smile . The beds and pillows were amazing! The food was great as well. I will definitely be booking here every time I travel to Atlanta .

I went straight down and was at the bar in under two minutes. The bartender was chatting with other guests, and it took a few minutes to get his attention. He seemed annoyed that I was standing there. When I asked to order food, he glanced at his watch and said, "No, I don't think so. We're closed." I explained that the front desk had just told me I could come over and order. He put his hands on the counter and said, "Well, too bad, we're closed." I went back to the front desk and told them what happened. Their response was, "Oh yeah, sorry, he does that sometimes." That's not reassuring. It tells me the problem is known and nobody has addressed it. What makes it worse is that the hotel has a small self-serve store around the corner, and no one mentioned it, not the front desk when I called and not when I came back to report the problem. A single sentence pointing me there would have solved the whole situation. Instead, no one offered a fix or an alternative, and I went to bed hungry. Guests who travel rely on hotel food service, especially when arriving late. Better communication and accountability between the front desk and the

Hotel employee. She was everything I needed in my life.

Room was extremely nice and comfortable! Staff was courteous and helpful! Dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was delicious! We will definitely be back!

When I checked in, the staff was amazing. They were kind, curious and very helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed and pillows were divine. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location…. Better breakfast than most hotels

It’s great

Room is very clean

Good

The rooms are clean and spacious. No microwave in the room.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Breakfast was not good. Found a hair in the omelette. Told staff member and she just walked off.

Checked in late around 8:00PM on 08/15/2026 and the front desk clerk kept me waited for about 10 min as she was on the phone. It was understandable if she was on a business talk. However, the more I overheard her conversation, the more I believed she was on the personal call. And there were no other customer next to me or around the front desk area. Once checked in at Room 405. The carpet was wet and the floor next to the restroom area was not touching comfortable with barefoot. It was late and I did not ask to switch room and figured the carpet could be dried over night. The enxt day after a whole day of airflow the room, the carpet was still wet

Wonderful staff, breakfast was amazing!! All the amenities exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the stay! Will return again

Wonderful hotel with great staff, facilities and breakfasts. We would like to stay again
