Great location. Nice room Hotel is a bit tired. Carpeting in hallways and elevator can use refreshing but I was there 3 weeks and would stay there again. The hotel should be a bit updated.

Nice spacious hotel room. Modern furniture and comfortable bed. Room was nice and clean. Lovely soaps in the bathroom. Nicely located in Midtown. For this amount of money I expected at least a bit of a view but unfortunately we were staring at a blank wall. It is quite noisy, but I guess that is because the hotel is located in noisy Midtown :-)

The hotel was only two blocks from our meeting place, very convenient. The room was much more than we had expected and super clean. Nothing.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Your doorman Romeo was very friendly, courteous and made our stay enjoyable. He always greeted us with a big smile

Cheerful and courteous staff at check-in. The room was perfect in every way. After dinner with a family member my wife and I returned to the room. We wanted some ice water but couldn’t locate the ice container. I went down to the front desk and ask for one. The clerk said someone would bring it to the room. After a couple of minutes a staff member knocked on the door. He handed me the container full of ice! I call that great service.

Walking distance to the major sites and only 3 blocks from the subway, very convenient.

Amazing location, comfy rooms and beds, nice to have breakfast included, all staff were really lovely, easy check in and check out, good value, no issues at all during my stay. I would definitely return especially for the location and good value. Thank you!! Everything was really good but a couple of tiny things to note - bathroom floor got quite wet every time shower was used (bring flip flops with you), some of the tables at breakfast are really short which is a bit uncomfy, and the prices at the snack bar in the lobby are very high so the $15 daily credit didn’t go far - $8 for a large water/a packet of crisps etc, but it is useful to be able to get water before bed. Lastly, the noise from the city is very loud (cars honking and police sirens all night), but it is the trade off you make for being in such a great location - just remember your ear plugs!
