Their reservation and check in system was a mess! they apparently recently upgraded to the cloud and the day we checked in the lines were long and they could not locate our reservations. The staff was ill equipped to handle this and we all spent more than an hour waiting to get checked in. In addition, we were double charged for the stay due to their system glitch. Really terrible service and the staff was not sufficient to address the issue with their cloud upgrade.

Everything. Staff were so nice. Room was so comfortable. Location was great. Didn't like the fact I stayed just one night.

The beds were super comfortable! I loved how big our room was. I love that there was a pullout sofa bed. We loved the big TV. We loved the extra mirrors. I loved that there was a bathtub! And I loved that the extra blankets we requested came right on time. I wish I would've known that all the rooms had a pullout sofa bed because I probably could've gotten one queen bed and one pullout sofa bed instead of two queen beds and one sofa bed. I would've saved a lot of money. Also wish that a free breakfast was included in the room rate. And we could've had some extra towel bars that we could dry our towels.
