Breakfast is good and clean just shuttle is working 2 times a day is very short need to increase shuttle service to ferry Property is clean and good

Location was ok Front desk clerk not friendly or helpful. They could not find our reservation. The two rooms they put us in were horrible. A/C didn’t work in either room. TV didn’t work in one room so they got moved. In the morning while showering ALL soap and shampoo dispensers were empty! Breakfast was just ok. The milk container was empty and food was subpar. Very disappointing experience start to finish.

Unfortunately, a couple of issues affected the room 409 experience. The hallway air diffuser was turned up way too high; the cologne fragrance was so strong I had to cover my face walking through the halls. Inside the room, the entry tile was noticeably sticky, and the carpet smelled like dirty socks. The entryway needs a proper scrub and the carpets are overdue for a deep clean. Parking is free for vehicles. No hang tag required and the hotel was in a quiet area

Room needs updating- Carpet was worn, furniture had a few scuff marks, bed was fine though but overall for a 3 star hotel it definitely needs some improvement. Food was fine, Parking was convenient.

Breakfast is always great with many selections. I use the exercise room which is very convenient. This is the third year we've stayed here.

If there is one place in Staten Island that I would love to stay it would there here.

When we arrived, there was a used washcloth hanging in the shower... carpet was dirty.. bed hard as rock and the pillows smelled bad. huge spotlight right outside or window that even the blackout curtains couldnt keep out.

Nice hotel. Easy check in/check out.

Besides the parking the hotel was nice and clean and no other issues.

The registration attendant were very kind in providing us hot water for tea the days we were there when the coffee/hot water machine was not working in our room. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I'd stay again. Beds were very comfortable. Best nights sleep all week.

No entertainment
